Creation of Host Family Profile both written or video tape.
 
Promotion of prospective Host Family to overseas students and their parents via schools and overseas placement agencies.
 

Please Note - Family Profiles and Videos transmitted for this purpose will not divulge information regarding Surnames, addresses or phone numbers of Host Families.
 
 
 
Liaison between Host Family, overseas placement agency and the overseas student and their parents.
 
 
Liaison between Host Family and the school.
 
Liaison with Host Family regarding student arrival, school orientation, books, uniforms, banking, transport and other essential functions.
 
 
 
Periodic consultation to assess and maintain the success of the Home Stay environment.
 
Provision of counseling or mediation via school Welfare Officer or International Student Co-Ordinator in the event of a major dispute between the Host Family and the overseas student.
 
 
Provision of alternative Home Stay accommodation in the event of a complete breakdown in the relationship between Host Family and the overseas student.
